Refund & Returns policy

Returns Policy Overview

We hope you will be delighted with your piece of Bob. However should you need to return for any reason please be advised that our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. We are happy to exchange or refund only within that time. Please note that sale items are non-refundable – only regular priced items may be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, your Bob print must be in the same condition as when you received it, and also be in its original packaging. 
To return your print:
 

– Please email to notify us of the incoming return and we will send you the returns address.

– Please package your print in a non-bendable envelope together with your Certificate of Authenticity

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within one week. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
